When you play Scratchstakes, the first thing you do is log in with your email address to access all of the free games we offer daily. The very first thing you did when you started playing was submit a valid email address. There’s a very good reason for this, and it’s an important one, too.

Our games are indeed instant-win scratch-offs, but the only requirement is your email address. That’s so we can track your game wins and send a winner confirmation email so you can collect your very real, very free prize money!

There is no paper involved in playing Scratchstakes, except if you decide to collect your winnings with a check in the mail! That’s one of three ways winners can receive their prize money. We also offer PayPal or an Amazon gift card, but we do require our winners to reply to their winner email notification to tell us their choice to collect their prize money. As a matter of fact, an email reply is the only requirement for being paid.

It’s always free to play Scratchstakes, and completely free to collect prize money. There is never any fee or obligation associated with playing, so there’s never anything to lose! The only time you can lose is when you neglect to reply to a winner notification and therefore forfeit receiving your free prize money.

Richard V., Jr., from Minneapolis, Minnesota, won $10 in Diamond Destiny on March 27.

When you scratch or reveal an instant win, you know that you won. It’s perplexing that some players don’t check their email to find and reply to their winner confirmation message so they can collect their prize money.

We do send a number of subsequent emails if the first one is not replied to. Beyond that, we do not attempt to contact winners any other way.

If you see an instant win on your game card, it’s very simple. Check your registered email address, where you will find an email message offering you the three options of how to collect it, free of charge!

If you need to update your email, go to the top of the page and click on the navigation, which is displayed as three horizontal lines. When you click on the lines, a menu will appear at the bottom of the list. Where it says, “My Account,” you can click to access your information and change it if you need to update it.

One thing is for sure, we love to pay our lucky winners, which, as of this writing, number at nearly 79,000 to date! There are many winners who do check their email and have been paid, and we continue to pay our lucky winners daily.
